Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks an OT Artificial Intelligence ML Operations and Platform Engineer to design, build and operate scalable platforms and automated services for ML lifecycle across edge, on-premises and approved cloud environments.

You will lead hands-on engineering across the OT AI platform and MLOps ecosystem, enabling data scientists and engineers to deploy AI solutions with secure, observable and reusable tooling.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or MLOps with production support.
• Strong programming and automation skills in Python or shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate the OT AI platform across development, test, validation and production.
• Create CI/CD and continuous training pipelines for models, data, containers and deployments.
• Implement model registries, artifact repos, experiment tracking and versioning.
• Automate model validation, security scanning, packaging and deployment.
• Engineer secure model-serving and batch-inference patterns for edge/on-prem/cloud.
• Define platform controls, governance, monitoring and alerting for reliability.
