Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Argentina seeks an OT Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, deploy and operate production-grade ML solutions for industrial environments. This role emphasizes computer vision, predictive analytics and anomaly detection, turning operational data into dependable models for real asset conditions with limited connectivity.

You will collaborate with OT domain experts, data engineers and cybersecurity teams to build reusable ML pipelines,

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production ML/AI development and deployment experience.
• Strong Python skills and production software engineering practices.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with ML model deployment, monitoring and retraining.

Responsibilities

• Translate industrial problems into measurable ML objectives and viable designs.
• Develop, train and evaluate ML models for vision, anomaly detection, forecasting and predictive maintenance.
• Engineer features from time-series, alarms, sensor data, images and documents.
• Establish reproducible experiments, versioning, evaluation and approval workflows (MLOps).
• Package and deploy models for secure inference at edge, on-premises and cloud.
• Monitor latency, accuracy, memory and compute; optimize for constrained environments.
• Define retraining triggers, rollback procedures and safety fallbacks.
• Produce model cards, docs, test evidence and runbooks.
• Collaborate in an embedded Agile OT AI team to raise engineering standards.
