BetWarrior is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to bridge data fluency and business impact across Latin America. You will build dashboards, implement and audit GA4 events, and collaborate across marketing, product, and BI to drive insights.

The role emphasizes automation, data integrity, and actionable campaigns analysis. You will work with external agencies or small technical teams, ensuring the data strategy supports growth while maintaining player-first analytics.

Formación

• 4+ years of data analysis focused on performance and digital marketing.
• Experience with Looker Studio and PowerBI.
• GA4 knowledge including events and conversions.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI to monitor performance and business metrics.
• Implement, maintain, and audit conversion events and user tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Set up and manage tracking in Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate measurement of the customer journey.
• Deploy AI and automation tools to optimize recurring processes, report generation, data integration, and anomaly detection.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.).
• Identify optimization opportunities and improvements in funnels, audiences, creatives, and targeting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and BI teams to align business goals with the data strategy.
• Collaborate with external agencies or small technical teams related to the area.

Purpose

We are looking for a Performance Data Analyst to live at the intersection of data fluency, business outcomes, and customer impact — using analytics, automation, and adaptability to turn performance complexity into growth opportunities.

In this role, you’ll

• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI to monitor performance and business metrics
• Implement, maintain, and audit conversion events and user tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)

What we look for in an exceptional candidate

• +4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance and digital marketing
• Good familiarity with data analysis tools such as Looker Studio and PowerBI
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, including events and conversions
• Ability to generate actionable insights from performance campaigns and business KPIs
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including dashboard creation, data compilation, and complex formulas
• Experience analyzing advertising campaigns and business metrics
• Familiarity with Firebase, Omega, Segment, or other attribution tools
• Fluent spoken and written English

Bonus points if you also have

• Fluent spoken and written Portuguese
• Advanced use of artificial intelligence tools
• Knowledge of or experience in the iGaming industry
