Descripción de la vacante

Drop Zero Digital is hiring a decisive operator to own one area—either hiring the funnel or client delivery operations—driving growth for our AI image service. You will make real calls daily, hold timelines, brief teams, and close processes without being micromanaged.

During a paid 6–8 week trial you work part-time (4 hours/day) with a path to full-time. The role is based in Argentina with a monthly pay of 2100 USD from day one, plus annual bonuses and leave benefits.

Formación

• You make decisions and you own them, including the ones that go wrong.
• You can tell which calls are yours and which are not, and you get that split right in both directions.
• You take feedback as information and change, without folding on something you have good reason to believe.
• You get better fast; growth mindset over comfort is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own one named area and decide what to do to grow the AI image service.
• Run the funnel end to end or the delivery operations, depending on the chosen area.
• Make real calls every day and be judged on the quality of those calls.
• Work without being constantly managed and communicate clearly about problems and decisions.
