Drop Zero Digital, an AI-driven lifecycle marketing agency, seeks an Operations Associate for hiring or client delivery. You will own a named area of our AI image service, make decisive calls, and drive end-to-end workflows while tracking timelines and outcomes.

This is a paid trial with real work starting from day one, with full-time opportunities thereafter. The role prioritizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and ownership.

# Operations Associate (Hiring or Client Delivery)Drop Zero DigitalLatin America OnlyFull timeRemote## About the role* Headquarters: Argentina URL: https://jobs.workable.com/company/693tUBuhUB5i4ApXSEJJhA/jobs-at-drop-zero-digital Grow our AI image service* Before you apply, spend ten minutes on our website and LinkedIn* In your Loom we will ask what we do, where you found out about us, and why you want to work at Drop Zero Digital* Answers that could be about any company will not pass* The role We are Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency* We are hiring one person who is good at deciding* Our AI image service is our fastest-growing service, and whichever area you own, you will be helping it grow* You will own one named area* Which one is decided during the trial rather than now, based on what you turn out to be strong at* It will be one of these two: The hiring machine* How we find, screen and hire people* Running the funnel end to end, sourcing, chasing, scheduling, keeping our tracker honest, and telling us when the process itself is broken* Client delivery operations* How work gets planned, briefed, chased and shipped for our clients* Holding timelines, briefing the team properly, and making sure nothing quietly stalls* Both are the same job underneath: you notice what has slipped, you decide what to do, and you close it without being asked* This is not an assistant job and it is not a coordinator job* You will make real calls every day, and you will be judged on the quality of those calls rather than on how much you got through* We are building a team of people who decide well without being managed* If you want to be told what to do each morning, this job is not for you* What we are looking for You make decisions and you own them, including the ones that go wrong* You can tell which calls are yours and which are not, and you get that split right in both directions* You take feedback as information and change, without folding on something you have good reason to believe* You get better fast* We would rather have someone at seventy percent climbing than someone flat at eighty five* You spot when something is failing and say so, including when it is our process and not your work* You write clearly and honestly, especially about problems* On experience We do not ask for a number of years* We check your work history against what you tell us, and a false answer ends the application* Whatever employment you do list, we verify: employer, dates, title and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips, in one exchange* You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months* Beyond that there is no minimum, and a short history costs you nothing here* Misrepresenting the history you do have is disqualifying* Tell us the true version and you will not be penalised for it* How the process works, and we tell you all of it now Application with a short Loom video* Research us first* A short test by email: one real decision task, your internet speed, your computer, and a paragraph on your work history* A 15 minute call with the founder* A recorded video interview* One take, no re-records* We verify the work history you've told us about* Aptitude tests* These inform us, they do not decide* A paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job* The trial is where the decision actually gets made, including which of the two areas you end up owning* From the first week you will be making calls on live work, and we will tell you straight how each one landed* It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you* If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked* Full time once hired, and this is your only job* During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job* If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days* Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us* Strong written English* Based in Argentina* You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one* 2100 USD per month from day one, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked* On top of that: A one-month annual bonus* 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays* Paid sick leave* A health allowance* A coworking allowance* Responsibility and pay move quickly here for people who earn them* Authority over decisions that reach a client moves slowly and deliberately, and it is earned on a track record rather than on a good first month* We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it in month two
