Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an Operations Finance Controlling Sr Specialist to drive accurate cost reporting, consolidate submissions, and support OB/RF analyses within our global GPO framework.

You will develop standard reports, partner with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes while maintaining rigorous financial controls in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in finance departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledgeable in accounting treatment and financial statement analysis.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Familiar with SAP ERP platform.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collects assumptions, prepares, consolidates and reconciles submissions for respective cost areas using standard tools and methods.
• Provide reports for actuals and perform variance analysis against OB/RF.
• Conducts standard financial analysis within assigned cost category.
• Proactively create insightful standard reports and tools for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and innovate ways of working contributing to the GPO deliverables.

What You'll Do:

As an Operations Finance Controlling Sr Specialist, you will:

• Collects assumptions, prepares, consolidates and reconciles OB/RF submissions for the respective cost area/scope, using standard tools and methods
• Provide reports for actuals and performs variance analysis against OB/RF
• Conducts standard financial analysis within assigned cost category
• Proactively creating insightful standard reports & tools that meet the needs of stakeholders
• Continuously improve and innovate ways of working contributing to the GPO deliverables

Skills & Capabilities:

• Highly motivated specialist with at least 1 year of experience in Finance departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in accounting treatment and financial statement analysis.
• A proficient user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Familiar with ERP system, especially SAP Platform.
• Fluent English Skills.
