EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to strengthen financial visibility and support informed decision-making across the business.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven analyses, delivering monthly results to the Leadership Team and automating reporting for greater efficiency.

This role requires fluent English, 3+ years in finance/audit, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant finance/audit experience.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables and data visualization.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help strengthen financial visibility and support informed decision-making across the business. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze monthly financial reports to identify key findings and support timely decision-making
• Lead budgeting and forecasting campaigns, coordinating inputs and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Interpret financial performance and outlooks through profit and loss reviews, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial-results presentations to the Leadership Team
• Provide ad hoc analytics, reporting, and financial consultations for a corporate function
• Design and implement customized reporting solutions that address the needs of a corporate function
• Enhance and automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and usability
• Deliver business and financial guidance that supports organizational planning and operational decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a solid foundation in financial principles
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in finance and/or audit
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to interpret spreadsheets, create charts, summarize information with PivotTables, and present data clearly
• Knowledge of financial analysis instruments and their application in evaluating financial performance
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience using PowerPoint to develop clear and professional presentations
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience using SQL, VBA, and Power BI to support data analysis, reporting automation, and business intelligence solutions
