The role requires 5+ years in operations leadership, strong English, KPI/OKR expertise, and a track record of coaching teams and improving service delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Operations leadership or team management.
• Strong experience managing high-performance teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, Project Management, and Operational Strategy.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
