Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related work experience.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify executive-level opportunities for posting on the Opportunity Marketplace.
• Review internal referrals and act as initial reviewer within the EYCC system.
• Monitor opportunity workflows for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for group coaching events.
• Prepare scheduled reports and business activity summaries.
• Maintain data integrity across EYCC systems and trackers.
