Job summary

EY Career Center is seeking an Operations Enablement Consultant to support day-to-day review processes, data accuracy, and the delivery of executive coaching, group-coaching workshops, and career resources. You’ll work with a high-performing team and drive efficiency across EYCC operations.

The role emphasizes process discipline, data analytics, and collaboration with Talent and the broader firm. English fluency and a strong background in operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five-plus years of related work experience.
• Fluency in English, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Review EYCC client user access requests daily.
• Maintain data integrity across EYCC systems and trackers.
• Harvest opportunities for the Opportunity Marketplace and support related initiatives.
• Support deployment of client feedback surveys and ROI reporting.
• Assist development of new career resources for eycareercenter.com.
• Build reporting using data analytics to identify trends.
• Support group coaching workshop logistics and participant tracking.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across Talent and the firm.
• Communicate issues and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of EYCC data.
