Randstad Argentina seeks a Research Analyst to join the Value Creation team supporting due diligence and portfolio value creation for a Global Private Equity client. The role emphasizes collaboration across a fast-paced, global environment and exposure to operational benchmarking, organizational analysis, and growth strategies.

The position involves reviewing reports, performing cost benchmarking, and developing data-driven insights with Excel, PowerPoint, and Claude/AI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is required.
• Strong ability to understand, manage and analyze public financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Review annual company reports and financial information to evaluate operational efficiency and strategy.
• Perform cost benchmarking using Excel and summarize findings in client-ready PPTs.
• Research efficiency benchmarks for portfolio companies.
• Prepare analyses and presentations to provide actionable insights.
• Create Claude skills to speed up analysis.
• Develop financial business cases to improve organizational efficiency.
• Organize large data sets into a cohesive database.
• Research and create best-in-class case studies.
