Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact by phone or email to consult with and advise clients on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support to clients and users across the VDR platform.
• Nurture and develop effective relationships with clients and anticipate their needs.
• Host online client training sessions and escalate technical matters as needed.
