Job summary

Red Bull in Argentina seeks a dynamic On Premise ambassador to drive relationships with bars, clubs, events, and key distributors while elevating the brand across the local scene.

As a Territory Entrepreneur and indispensable consultant, you will craft innovative initiatives, manage resources, negotiate partnerships, and ensure premium execution at venues and festivals, turning insights into action. You’ll work nights and weekends in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing in the On Premise or nightlife sector.
• Experience in nightlife or similar environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the On Premise market and industry is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to think and act like an entrepreneur.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy environment.
• Commercially strategic with understanding of sales and financial processes.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills including sales and consumer analysis.
• Street smart: ability to read the ground and adapt communication accordingly.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and strategic partners in the On Premise channel.
• Build affinity with the Red Bull brand and deliver premium execution across activities and events.
• Know the territory well and develop innovative initiatives to achieve objectives while managing resources and budgets.
