Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support daily operations in our dining facilities. Responsibilities include food preparation, serving line setup, and food safety compliance to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Employees will operate kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and assist with baking or batch cooking as required by the menu plan. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to standards and procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and present information to customers and staff.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes, plan and prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; clean kitchen and cafeteria areas and equipment.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and clean storage areas; ensure items are stocked and labeled.
