OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of £2bn. We deliver catering and other services across sites.

We are seeking a Chef for contract catering, with Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent, able to work 8am–2:30pm on weekends, and to lead a small kitchen team while ensuring safety and quality. Must have right to work in the UK.

Formación

• Must have Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day food preparation and duties.
• Manage cooking at a specific station and ensure timely service.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and proper use of equipment.
• Notify senior chefs when inventory is low and keep stock fresh.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain high-quality service.
