DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a highly operational, hands-on specialist to drive expansion efforts across our acquisition channels in Argentina.

You will analyze data, optimize processes, and lead small projects with cross-functional teams to enable high-velocity execution. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Operations or related field, 1–2 years leading teams, SQL experience, English at least B2, and willingness to travel 20–30%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Acquisition channels, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience supervising cross-functional teams.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction/manipulation.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and drive scalable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the specialist within your function, playing a key role in projects and independently completing complex operation tasks.
• Drive efficient execution, solving complex problems with limited guidance from senior staff.
• Proactively diagnose bottlenecks and implement methods for optimization to existing processes and playbooks.
• Identify stakeholders and flexibly adapt communication to suit the audience; organize meetings with clear agendas.
