DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Fleet Business Development Manager in Argentina to scale supply by acquiring and managing high-value Fleet Partners. This IC role rewards strategic advisory and data-driven growth in a volatile market.

You will lead end-to-end B2B sales, analyze KPIs in Excel/Sheets, map market dynamics, and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal to build sustainable commercial structures tailored to the local economy.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B Commercial, KAM, or Strategic Partnerships experience.
• Strong data literacy with Excel/Google Sheets for business reporting.
• English fluency (advanced/professional working proficiency).
• Ownership mindset and autonomy; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing with fleet owners.
• Act as strategic consultant for fleet partners; analyze KPIs to maximize retention and fleet size.
• Map competitor activity, regulatory frameworks, and market trends across AMBA and Argentina.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Legal to build sustainable commercial structures.
