Formación

• 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects in an agency or brand studio environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video, audio, and integrated content for major brands or campaigns.
• Deep technical proficiency in all areas of post-production workflows and hands-on AI tool experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team, and mentorship across the post production workflow.
• Lead a team of editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI artists to deliver on time with high quality.
• Set day-to-day workflows and standards for AI tools and production pipelines.
• Ensure processes yield pixel-perfect quality and compliance across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to define project vision and requirements.
