RYZ Labs seeks a creative Multimedia Designer to transform ideas and static designs into engaging animated experiences for digital channels, social media, and branded content.

The role involves producing motion graphics, typography, and visual effects, and collaborating with editors and designers to deliver concepts from idea to final delivery. A strong portfolio demonstrating motion work and storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, Animation, or a similar creative discipline.
• Solid knowledge of animation fundamentals, including timing, rhythm, transitions, composition, and movement.
• Experience creating visual content for social media, digital campaigns, video, or branded experiences.
• Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work from existing design files and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative concepts and static artwork into dynamic animations and engaging visual experiences.
• Produce motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, compositing, and other visual effects for digital content.
• Partner with video editors, designers, and other members of the creative team to bring projects from concept to final delivery.
• Adapt and animate existing visual assets while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Create flexible animation systems, templates, and reusable assets that can streamline future creative work.
• Collaborate with designers using Figma to understand layouts, visual direction, and design intent.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that improve the quality and impact of digital content.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution.
