The ideal candidate brings proven motion design experience, a strong sense of storytelling, and proficiency with Figma to collaborate on layouts and assets. The team operates remotely across US and LatAm, offering autonomy and diverse project exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborating on layouts, designs, and visual assets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, editors, and other creative stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography, and other visual elements that enhance video and digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and creative team members to develop high-quality visual content.
• Develop reusable motion templates, toolkits, and visual assets to improve consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Work with layouts and visual assets in Figma and collaborate with designers to bring static concepts into motion.
