Job summary

Think Branded Media is seeking an experienced editor with motion graphics to craft brand films, testimonials, and social content. You’ll cut, animate, and polish across 4K timelines, building templates and scalable systems while collaborating with a distributed team.

You bring 5+ years of professional editing, expert After Effects and DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, plus solid design sense. Fully remote with flexible collaboration across time zones and Fortune 500-style expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years editing and animating professionally, with a reel that proves it.
• Expert level in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma are a plus.
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, pacing, color.
• A storyteller's instinct. You know what to cut, not just how.
• Speed without sloppiness. You can hit a tight turnaround and still sweat the details.
• Comfort taking notes from clients and teammates without taking it personally.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, kinetic type, and explainer sequences that make complex ideas simple
• Cut everything: brand films, customer testimonials, event recaps, social cutdowns, interview-driven stories
• Turn raw footage into story. Find the moment, build the arc, and make the client feel something
• Build templates and systems so our always-on content scales without looking templated
• Work with our post supervisor, editors, and producers across time zones, and push the work past "approved" to "great"
