Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motion designer to own the motion language of the marketing site from concept to production-ready specs. You will create animations, transitions, and interactive moments that keep the site feeling alive without sacrificing speed.

• You have solid experience in motion design for web — marketing sites, product launches, campaign pages.
• Your portfolio shows animation that feels purposeful: it communicates something, not just moves something.
• You understand how motion connects to brand and visual design and extend a visual system into motion.
• You obsess over timing curves, easing, and duration; you feel the difference between good and great.
• You are comfortable handing off to engineers and have shipped animations into production with documented specs.
• You work independently and make decisions without waiting for every detail to be defined.
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
