EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Microsoft Alliance to manage partner program orchestration and enablement, coordinating cross‑geography efforts and reporting on program changes. This role supports leadership with insights on Partner Center benefits and specializations, ensuring seamless collaboration with EY’s Microsoft practice.

Based in Argentina, the role requires strong English, vendor management experience, and the ability to operate in a matrix

Formación

• Understanding of how Microsoft Partner Programs are executed and ownership of such programs at organizational level.
• Experience with global system integrators or Big Four with complex partner programs and incentives, ideally Microsoft.
• Ability to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage EY’s Partner Program orchestration related to EY’s strategic Alliance with Microsoft.
• Coordinate Microsoft revenue recognition processes to translate Azure consumption into partner metrics.
• Administer Microsoft Partner Center globally including access, reporting, and escalations.
• Advise senior management with insights on Partner Center benefits and Microsoft partner programs.
• Manage Microsoft Advanced Specializations with EY Global Microsoft Practice.
