AstroPay in Argentina is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Wallet business by managing a portfolio of merchants, building strong relationships and driving engagement through commercial initiatives. You will use data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into concrete actions that boost account growth and merchant value.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive mindset, fluency in Spanish and English, and collaboration with Product, Operations, Marketing

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience managing B2B clients, merchants, or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying business opportunities.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to turn data and insights into concrete commercial actions.

• Account Growth & Revenue: Manage a portfolio of merchants, build strong relationships, identify opportunities to increase volume, engagement, and revenue; drive upselling and cross-selling; understand merchant performance; own growth initiatives.
