Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead integration projects from concept to launch—ensuring all technical, operational, and stakeholder aspects are aligned for smooth delivery. Your core focus will be driving partner deals to closure by managing implementation, resolving blockers, and coordinating across teams, including Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is excited to contribute to innovative payment solutions that scale across markets.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for fully managing payment partners integration projects from start to finish, overseeing technical implementation and QA testing to push the product live.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. Be responsible for removing blockers in the integration process.
• Effectively communicate project requirements with different teams, including Product Managers, Operations, Legal, Risk, and other teams as necessary;
• Creating technical specifications for the projects and products assigned to you;
• Accurately plan project developments with team members and be able to create reports on completed actions, achievements, and/or productivity of your projects;
• Keep assigned integrations up to date by performing market research on the current stage of the payment market.
• Perform all other duties as directed by Management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Experience working directly with developers and drafting clear technical and business specifications
• Familiarity with API integrations and payment system workflows
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to remove blockers and drive projects to completion
• Collaborative mindset and comfortable working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, Risk, and Engineering

Who Should Apply

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• Individuals with experience in payment-related projects or fintech environments
• Applicants who thrive in fast-paced, agile settings and can manage priorities independently
• Those who are comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and delivering results under tight timelines
• Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), both written and verbal, and other foreign languages is preferred
• No restrictions on business travel
