AgileEngine is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. You will verify content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.

You will validate audience targeting, data integrity, and campaign configuration, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards. Strongly communicate defects and sign-off gates.

This role offers flexible scheduling, remote and office options, and USD-based compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.
• Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and escalate risks without ambiguity.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Aufgaben

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment — email content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specs.
• Confirm data integrity: render merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content correctly for right audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration — send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address — against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand standards, legal/compliance requirements, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in QA system; communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow — campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review quality-related post-launch issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks and checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards over time.
