The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a Head of Marketing to own marketing results end to end in a fully remote LATAM role. You will set strategy, lead a small team, and personally run Google Ads, Meta ads, GA4, and reporting until a paid media specialist is hired.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, cost tracking, and a pathway to retained client growth, with collaboration across time zones and continuing professional development within a reputable U.S. immigration law firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with leadership & budgeting experience.
• Hands-on Google Ads management with measurable results.
• Experience in GA4/GTМ and CRM-based reporting.
• Strategic thinker with SEO/GEO and content planning knowledge.
• Advanced English; remote team leadership across time zones.
• Experience in law or regulated professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans with targets.
• Manage budget and optimize spend for channels that convert.
• Run Google Ads, Meta ads, GA4 tracking, and reporting.
• Set up conversion tracking and lead source attribution.
• Lead content, email, referrals and brand positioning efforts.
• Oversee website/SEO and coordinate external development.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and contractors.
• Ensure attorney advertising rules compliance.
