Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Olympus Pinegrove to service and maintain property facilities and apartment homes. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair to meet or exceed standards.

The candidate should have HVAC knowledge or EPA/HVAC license, with a minimum of two years in maintenance. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, with emergency availability and growth opportunities within a values-driven, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or EPA/HVAC license.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM.
• Willing to respond to emergencies as needed.
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves.
• Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation.
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures and electrical fixtures and switches.
• Maintain orderly maintenance shop and inventory.
• Track service requests and maintenance work through software systems.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools.
• Work closely with Lead Maintenance Technician on daily priorities.
