VALIDA CORPORATE FINANCE is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join its Finance & M&A Team in Buenos Aires. The role targets candidates with early experience in corporate finance, M&A, or financial advisory who want to develop their careers in deal execution and valuation.

You will support financial analysis, build models, prepare information memoranda, and assist in pipeline management, cross-border transactions, and data room activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or financial advisory is preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial analysis of target companies and performance.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and transaction analyses.
• Prepare valuation analyses using DCF, comps and precedent transactions.
• Create information memoranda, teasers and management presentations.
• Assist in market research, deal pipeline and due diligence processes.
• Support cross-border M&A activities and interaction with clients.
