The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile) to own the web platform built on Next.js/React, with optional contributions to mobile in React Native. You will focus on web day‑to‑day work while supporting mobile features during larger sprints, ensuring performance and accessibility.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong React/Next.js skills, TypeScript, and experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, testing, and cross‑platform mobile

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, and ISR patterns).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js backend work with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with React Native for cross‑platform mobile features.
• Automated testing experience with Jest, Playwright, Cypress or Detox.
• Solid web performance and Core Web Vitals understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain high‑quality web features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build accessible, SEO‑friendly experiences across the guest platform.
• Contribute to backend services and data integration via REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Collaborate with design to implement responsive UI components.
• Support mobile development with React Native during feature sprints.
• Write and maintain automated tests as part of the workflow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared front‑end libraries.
