The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a seasoned full stack engineer to drive feature delivery across front-end and back-end services, primarily using React, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS. You will own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices while collaborating with the Principal Full Stack Developer to meet production standards.

Based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL and Valletta, Malta operations, you will join a luxury hospitality technology team supporting a world-class yacht

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full stack skills.
• Strong React and Next.js front-end experience.
• Back-end proficiency in Node.js or Python.
• Hands-on AWS experience across core services.
• Experience building production CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Understanding of Docker with ECS or Kubernetes a plus.
• Security fundamentals for cloud-hosted environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver full stack feature development across front-end and back-end (approx. 75%).
• Own and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage environment configuration across dev, staging, prod.
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents; implement preventive measures.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• Implement security best practices: IAM, secrets, VPC, patching.
• Contribute to engineering standards and runbooks; document architecture.
