You will balance cash at day end, arrange customer mobility, greet customers, and support the service team. The role emphasizes professional appearance, excellent communication, and an outbound, customer-friendly attitude.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Must be enthusiastic and outgoing.
• Clear communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong reading comprehension of instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and politely.
• Book service appointments per dealer process.
• Assist management with administrative tasks.
• Balance cash at day end and handle payments.
• Arrange shuttle or loaner vehicle for customers.
• Greet customers when advisors unavailable.
• Maintain tidy refreshment area.
• Follow up on special ordered parts and notify customers.
• Report safety or integrity issues.
