Acclaro is seeking a Localization Project Manager to steer global content through localization lifecycle. You will drive collaboration across teams, manage complex workflows, and deliver high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.

You’ll be at the center of action, shaping client success in a people-first, tech-enabled environment. You’ll lead diverse localization projects, coordinate engineers, linguists, publishers, and more, ensuring transparent communication and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of localization project management experience in a global setting.
• Confident cross-cultural communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to organize complex workflows and adapt to changing priorities.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Project and project management platforms.

Working hours:1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (9-hour shift: 8 hours of effective work plus a 1-hour break)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse localization projects, from software to marketing to multimedia, across global markets
• Own project quality, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing risk and communication
• Act as the primary client liaison for project-related matters, ensuring transparency and trust at every touchpoint
• Align cross-functional teams, engineers, linguists, publishers, and more, to deliver seamless localization experiences
• Prepare project quotes,allocateresources, and define success metrics tailored to client goals
• Provide clear,timelystatus reports and insights that empower smarter decisions
• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to scope and cost new opportunities
• Ensure that all administrative processes related to project delivery are completed with precision

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
• Communicate confidently across cultures and thrive in a client-facing role
• Excel at organizing complex workflows while adapting to shifting priorities
• Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and proactively address challenges
• Are tech-comfortable and familiar with tools like Microsoft Project and project management platforms

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience with translation memory tools or TMS platforms
• Hold a PMP certification or similar project management credential
• Are fluent in more than one language (always a plus in our world)
• Haveworked with global or multilingual teams and love the complexity of cross-border collaboration
