Job summary

Un/Common is seeking a Growth Strategist to lead multi-location client accounts from strategy through onboarding; you will write brand messaging, draft content in Claude, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media. You’ll build Claude-powered workflows and collaborate across time zones to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

This fully remote, full-time contractor role uses USD pay, with US Central time hours and flexible calls across zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across multiple client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; ability to build with Claude.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts, often with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get site, tracking, and channels live within ~2 weeks.
• Verify that conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear reporting and budget optimization.
• Create Claude workflows for recurring tasks used weekly.
• Participate in client calls across time zones.
