Un/Common is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role focused on creative marketing campaigns. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery across multiple campaigns.

You’ll write brand messaging, oversee SEO and digital channels as needed, and collaborate across disciplines. The position offers a contractor arrangement paid in USD with flexible, international client exposure.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use tracking reports to identify risks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates.
