Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Manager, License Compliance to lead efforts protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property by ensuring customers operate within licensing agreements. This role spans strategic planning, audit execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional orchestration across geographies.

Responsibilities include driving resolution of non-compliance, influencing GTM strategy, and aligning compliance actions with revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telemetry analysis, audit preparation, and resolution workflows. Ensure timely and accurate handling of compliance cases across customer segments. Monitor pipeline health and maintain data integrity across systems
• Lead customer communications from operational to executive levels. Deliver complex compliance findings and negotiate resolutions. Tailor messaging to stakeholder needs and licensing complexity
• Coach and develop compliance teams across geographies and levels. Build onboarding, training, and succession plans. Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
• Allocate resources based on strategic priorities and team capacity. Manage staffing plans and coordinate cross-functional support. Ensure readiness for high-value engagements and escalations
• Own compliance-driven revenue forecasting across teams and regions. Integrate compliance forecasts into GTM and financial planning. Identify risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
