The role requires collaboration across dispersed teams, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and learning platforms like SAP SuccessFactors. Flexible hours and integrity in credentialing are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions.
• Review registrations and credit award amounts for classes.
• Serve as point of contact for facilitators and participants.
• Set up classrooms and LMS publications with deliverables.
• Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with leadership.
