Aerolab is seeking a hands-on Visual Product Designer to lead concept development, visual quality, and design systems for digital products. You will work with a small multidisciplinary team, collaborating with designers, PMs, and developers to craft impactful visual stories.

Fluency in English and experience with AI-assisted workflows are highly valued. You'll contribute to AI-native products, scalable design systems, and brands for startups and global brands, with remote options from Argentina.

Formación

• 4+ years of visual design experience for digital products or agencies.
• Advanced English to interact with international clients and present work.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define art direction and visual themes across projects.
• Create mood boards, sketches, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
• Leverage AI tools to speed ideation and production processes.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to deliver on objectives.
• Present work and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
