Envision Energy in Peru is seeking a Head of Business Development for renewables to drive greenfield wind and solar projects. You will secure social license and permitting, negotiate long-term PPA deals, and manage stakeholder relations to advance projects toward exits.

The role requires 5–8 years of power or renewable development experience in Peru, familiarity with MINEM and COES rules, and strong local government and community engagement skills.

Mansioni

• Greenfield sourcing & land rights: manage site selection, land transfers, and community negotiations for premier wind and solar projects in Peru.
• Social license & permitting: lead social impact assessments, Prior Consultation, and EIA-d approvals.
• COES interconnection & PPA negotiations: oversee feasibility studies and negotiate long-term PPAs with utilities or mining groups.
• High-margin optimization & exit: optimize development CAPEX and build data rooms for future exits.
