Jobtailor in Mendoza is seeking a Lead Architect to steer the architectural and technical design process for construction projects. You will develop creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

You will oversee design quality, maintain the Documentation Set and BIM model, and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project aspects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment
• Advanced/Native English speaker; only Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered
• Profound knowledge and experience using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others
• Previous work experience developing projects for the US is required
• In-depth working knowledge of construction, with emphasis on production work in a team environment and project setup
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines
• Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
