Princess Cruises is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Galley team. The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in Culinary Arts and at least four years of experience in high-volume culinary production environments, including one year as Demi Chef de Partie.

Formación

• Minimum of four years of experience in a high-volume culinary production environment.
• At least one year as Demi Chef de Partie.
• Possession of an STCW Ship’s Cook Certificate is recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out culinary production in assigned station according to recipes.
• Adhere to daily production schedule as required.
• Ensure recipe files are well maintained.
• Seek guidance from the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Train and coach subordinates on culinary techniques.

Conocimientos

Culinary Arts qualification

Experience in high-volume culinary production

Knowledge of Western cuisines

Training and motivating skills

Good command of English

Excellent social skills

Understanding of public health regulations
