Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Lead Video Editor for a major U.S. video production client. You will lead post-production, own creative direction, and serve as the primary contact with the client, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.

This fully remote role overlaps with U.S. Central Time, requires 5+ years in professional video editing, advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects, and strong storytelling and communication skills to collaborate with producers,

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a production environment.
• Strong storytelling instincts with a solid portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) for client-facing work.
• Experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-quality video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for one key client, leading meetings and gathering feedback.
• Translate client goals into creative plans and production steps.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences and graphic elements to enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, cinematographers and designers.
• Maintain smooth workflows and exceptional client experience.
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions.
