• Provide technical execution and analytics leadership supporting ADP Engineering team's workstreams.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and dbt.
• Design and maintain database tables and data models for reporting needs.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows maintaining data quality.
• Improve pipeline reliability through monitoring and issue resolution.
• Build dashboards supporting actionable insights and decision-making.
