Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Product Launch & New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to lead planning and launch activities across the LatAm region, with emphasis on Argentina, Chile and Peru, ensuring POR alignment and seamless cross-functional execution throughout the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate samples, manage MR releases, mitigate risks, and drive updates to stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical or related).
• 3 years of experience in product management, launches, project management, operations or manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management discipline and execution capabilities.
• Manufacturing interaction experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities according to the Plan of Record (POR).
• Coordinate software and hardware maintenance releases (MRs).
• Plan and coordinate product sample allocation and distribution.
• Manage project changes and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Monitor product liabilities and associated risks.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve launch planning, reporting and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Operations, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
