Air Liquide LATAM seeks an Integration Manager to lead cross-functional ERP integrations for the LATAM Align program. You will coordinate internal teams with third-party apps, SI, EA, and GIO to deliver a standardized, scalable technical landscape across the project lifecycle.

You will guide testing, cutover, deployment, transport management, and release planning, ensuring timely delivery of critical integration workstreams.

Formación

• Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of professional IT program/portfolio management experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP environments and integration design
• Architectural background in enterprise systems and APIs
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English with global delivery experience

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional integration points across internal teams, third-party apps, SI, EA and GIO.
• Lead testing, cutover, deployment strategies and release planning.
• Define and manage transport and change control processes for production moves.
• Identify important design decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Partner with PMO and vendors to ensure timely, integrated delivery.
