Air Liquide is seeking an Acquisition Integration Specialist to guide end-to-end integration for Airgas acquisitions, serving as the single liaison between GBS teams, Business Units, Corporate M&A, and HR Centers of Excellence.

You will co-own the integration playbook, manage the Cutover Plan, and align Treasury, Accounts Payable, and internal controls across pre-closing to post-SAP phases while coordinating resources in a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business process integration, or M&A operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (business) and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end GBS integration activities across pre-closing, cutover, and post-SAP phases.
• Lead and maintain the integration playbook and Cutover Plan with risk logs.
• Ensure treasury, AP, and financial controls alignment during integration.
• Manage cross-functional resources and maintain timely, accurate deliverables.
