Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to manage an integrated ERP landscape and coordinate cross-functional teams across internal groups and external vendors. You will drive design decisions, testing, cutover, and deployment while ensuring a standardized, high-quality technical environment.

The role requires deep ERP and FRICEW delivery knowledge, enterprise architecture expertise, and proven leadership in large IT programs.

Formación

• Master's degree in IT or related field (or Business/Engineering with IT focus).
• 10+ years in account management, product/service development, or customer relationships.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of ERP environments and FRICEW delivery.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture and business process design.
• Familiar with large IT-driven transformation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary steward of the integrated ERP solution.
• Bridge between functional teams, third-party apps, and global enterprise teams.
• Coordinate standardized, high-quality technical landscapes throughout projects.
• Coordinate process integration across internal/ external teams and vendors.
• Lead major design decisions, testing defects, and hypercare incidents.
• Facilitate coordination between technology and process teams.
• Define integrations and manage Statements of Work with third parties.
• Work with PM on project plan adjustments and milestones.
• Guide integration testing, cutover, and deployment strategy.
• Manage transport, change processes, and production release planning.
• Contribute to Architecture Design and tracking artifacts.
