The ideal candidate will hire and develop talent, ensure delivery excellence, and shape the regional analytics practice as a strategic partner to the global team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or BI, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience building or scaling analytics in agency, consultancy, or global org.
• Proven track record applying analytics to marketing and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Regional LATAM analytics leadership, owning performance, quality and culture.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of Buenos Aires analytics team.
• Define and execute analytics strategy aligned with global objectives.
