TubeScience is seeking a highly organized Creative Operations Coordinator to streamline workflows and keep our fast-moving studio operating smoothly. You will coordinate across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery to ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.

In this role, you’ll surface blockers early, maintain dashboards, and help automate repetitive tasks using workflow tooling and AI-powered solutions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, project coordination, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with a project management or workflow platform (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana).
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Exposure to workflow automation, integrations, or AI productivity tools and a curiosity to use them to speed up teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience collaborating across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate creative projects end-to-end across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery.
• Keep project timelines, priorities, assignments, and status updates accurate in workflow tools.
• Monitor progress and proactively flag bottlenecks, delays, and delivery risks.
• Help teams stay aligned on priorities, ownership, deadlines, and next steps.
• Support workload planning and help spot capacity or resourcing issues early.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give visibility into the creative pipeline and delivery performance.
• Document key workflows and keep SOPs clear and current.
• Identify repetitive tasks and help roll out fixes from automation to AI-powered tools.
