Responsibilities include overseeing sites, tracking enrollment and metrics, supporting startup and readiness, coordinating training, and addressing operational risks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 4–6 years of clinical research or site operations experience preferred.
• Prior site management, team leadership, or multi-site coordination experience preferred.

Proposed Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 4–6 years of clinical research or site operations experience preferred.
• Prior site management, team leadership, or multi-site coordination experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations.
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, and regulatory documentation systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required by assigned responsibilities.
